    The Young Professionals Support Group is a peer-led space designed for connection, reflection, and open conversations about the unique challenges of early career life. While this is not a therapy group, it provides a supportive and confidential environment where members can share experiences, gain insights, and grow together. The group is facilitated with guidance and structure by Maggie Welling, LCSW-C, ensuring a safe and empowering space for all participants. Join us in Baltimore to build community and navigate your professional journey with support.

    This intentional space will cultivate community by recognizing the stress and uncertainty together, while connecting with others and your inner child through music, drawing, and emotional expression!

    This will be led by therapist Maggie Welling, who will create a trauma-informed, affirming, compassionate, and safe atmosphere.

    This is not intended for individual or group therapy. This space is not for political debate and any form of hate will not be tolerated.
