Therapist-founded, trauma-informed, and rooted in real connection


Welling Wellness was founded by Maggie Welling, LCSW-C, with a vision for more thoughtful, personalized care. She created Welling Wellness to offer a more intentional, supportive experience—one grounded in genuine care, connection, and integrity for both clinicians and clients.

Originally from Baltimore, Maggie values creating spaces that feel inclusive, supportive, and grounded in real connection. She holds a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and has completed additional training and research through the University of Cambridge, King’s College, the University of Michigan, and Yale University.

As a former college athlete, she brings an understanding of identity, balance, and teamwork—and has grown Welling Wellness into a practice supported by a thoughtful, dedicated team.
